At Vimal Di Hatti, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund, cancellation, and exchange terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch.

If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
2. Exchange Policy (Defective/Damaged Products)

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for an exchange.

To request an exchange, you must share clear photos/videos as proof immediately after delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange the exchange. No extra shipping charges will be applied for defective exchanges.
3. Refund Policy (After Delivery)

No refund will be provided after delivery, except in cases where the product is defective and cannot be replaced.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact for exchange eligibility.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error or a defective product.
