Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Vimal Di Hatti

At Vimal Di Hatti, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund, cancellation, and exchange terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch.

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.


2. Exchange Policy (Defective/Damaged Products)

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for an exchange.

  • To request an exchange, you must share clear photos/videos as proof immediately after delivery.

  • Once verified, we will arrange the exchange. No extra shipping charges will be applied for defective exchanges.


3. Refund Policy (After Delivery)

  • No refund will be provided after delivery, except in cases where the product is defective and cannot be replaced.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact for exchange eligibility.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges without prior approval will not be accepted.
